Content Marketer
Use the Content Marketer Virtual Teammate in Optimizely Opal to scan trends, competitors, and Salesforce data so your editorial plan stays tied to real audience signals and revenue opportunities. It flags industry trends and content gaps daily, tracks competitor content weekly, and surfaces pipeline gaps tied to revenue.
What the Content Marketer does
The Content Marketer includes the following jobs:
- Monitor industry trends – Scans community and social channels each day for emerging debates and content opportunity gaps, classifies findings by urgency and pillar, and surfaces the signals worth acting on so your editorial plan reflects what your audiences care about.
- Track competitor content – Scans competitor websites and social accounts each week, tracks which topics they are investing in, and flags strategic shifts as they emerge so you know what to cover and how to differentiate.
- Surface pipeline gaps – Pulls your Salesforce pipeline data each week, identifies where prospects stall for lack of content support, and maps the gaps back to funnel stage so editorial priorities stay tied to revenue, not instinct.
Each job is a workflow agent that performs on a schedule or trigger. Opal displays only the jobs an administrator turns on for your organization.
