Content types
Content in Optimizely can be page types and block types, folders, or media files such as images and documents. Content can also be products in a product catalog in Optimizely Commerce Connect.
Access rights without Opti ID
You can add users and create groups and give them varying types of access. By creating a group, such as Marketing Department , you can add users from the marketing department and they will each have the same access rights as the others in the group.

Set permissions

Search configuration
Go to Settings > Tools > Search Configuration to set the search providers for your site. This configuration allows you to change the type of results the CMS global search bar returns.
