Implement actors
After a visitor submits a form, Forms. Core calls actors to perform additional processing on the server.
Customize retention policies
Editors can set a retention policy in the user interface, controlling how long finalized form submissions and partially submitted form data should be stored. By default, the retention policy of a form applies to all its submissions.
Email actor
Optimizely Forms can trigger customized emails when someone submits a form. The editor can use placeholders to automatically fill in data from the form into the email, as shown in the following example images \#EMAIL# – Displays the email address submitted from the form data.
Webhooks actor
