Overview of the Opti ID Admin Center
The Opti ID Admin Center provides a single place to manage users across all Optimizely platform products. Users – Create and apply individual access to products through Opti ID.
Manage users
Your Opti ID Admin Center role determines which users you can see in the Admin Center. Super Admin – Can see the Users page, which displays all users in your Opti ID organization.
Invitation and activation status
Inviting a user to your Opti ID organization initiates an invitation flow, which includes an optional welcome email and a required activation email. The specific experience depends on whether your organization uses local login or single sign-on (SSO).

Roles determine the permission level for users in the Opti ID Admin Center and Optimizely products. System roles for each product are in the Admin Center by default.

Export a list of users from the Opti ID Admin Center
In the Opti ID Admin Center, you can export a detailed list of users, their roles, and product access across instances. This is useful for auditing, reporting, or managing user access across your organization.
Activity log
The user activity log in the Opti ID Admin Center lets users with administrator-level access monitor user activities ensure the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) understand user access levels and changes to user data within your organization You can access the activity log in the Opti ID Admin Center by going to Usage & Billing > Optimizely Admin Center . Update technical contact
After you configure your organization in Opti ID, you can update the Technical Contact for any product instance. Go to Admin Center > Product .
Generative AI settings
Optimizely products include generative artificial intelligence (AI) features, including Optimizely Opal and other AI features. The Admin Center lets you turn generative AI off and choose which products and instances to suggest Opal access for users.
