Extend Commerce Manager
Commerce Manager is the administrative backend system of Optimizely Commerce Connect with a set of subsystems for managing things like customers, orders, and reporting. You can extend and customize Commerce Manager to support business adaptations and integration with other systems.
Meta-field controls
Meta-field controls are rendered for custom fields. You can see examples of them when editing an entry or catalog nodes in the Catalog Management subsystem (legacy).
Replace the default editor
The Commerce Manager Framework meta-field data types include a long HTML meta-field. By default, this field is editable using a simple textbox editor in the Catalog Management subsystem section of Commerce Manager.
Command Manager
CommandManager is a class for handling actions in Commerce Manager. The following command types are available Navigate – Navigation to another page.
Complex layouts
Commerce Manager interfaces contain lists, toolbars, and custom user controls. To customize these UI types, use the special XmlFormBuilder control.
ButtonsHolder
ButtonsHolder is a set of buttons with commands and handlers defined in a special XML section. You can describe ButtonsHolder in the View/ListViewUI/ButtonSet section when using it in a separate page.

Customize the left menu
Any application may extend the left menu navigation. You also can add, delete, or change an existing tab by creating the LeftMenu.
