Organization
Every Optimizely Analytics user belongs to one or more organizations. Typically, a user belongs to a single organization, which is the company they work for.
Create and manage applications
An application is a logical grouping of objects for a specific business use case. It serves as an organizational tool to manage different use cases across teams or initiatives.
User authentication
Optimizely Analytics authenticates users using one of the following methods Analytics authentication service Enterprise SSO (Single Sign-On) This is the default authentication mode unless Enterprise SSO is configured. You receive an email invitation to set your password in Analytics, which offers standard password management features.
Application settings
You can configure application settings to optimize performance by setting defaults, adjusting schema, and enabling features like materialization and audience. You can also manage sampling, rules, and feature flags to tailor your application's functionality.
Users and groups management
Every Analytics user has a user ID, which is typically their email address. Users belong to groups and can be assigned roles.
Authorization and access control
Analytics provides enterprise-class authorization and access control capabilities to manage who can perform certain actions and access specific objects within the system. You are authorized to perform actions in Analytics based on the roles assigned to you.
