Export orders and subscriptions
You can export orders and subscriptions with Order Management in Optimizely Commerce Connect. The steps to export order or subscription data are the same.
Order Management View When Opti ID Authentication is Enabled

Order management
Administrator groups and users assigned the Customer Service Representative (CSR) role can use the Order Management page to perform customer-centric tasks on specific shopping carts and purchase orders such as Add or remove line items Update quantities Update customer information Work with subscriptions As businesses typically have many CSRs that need to access and update carts and orders, CSRs can use the Order Management page to fulfil these tasks without the need to learn an entire content management or commerce system. The simplified interface lets CSRs focus on resolving customer needs.

Order management is a key part of Optimizely Commerce Connect. Customers create the majority of orders and the ordering process is usually automated, following an order management workflow.
Customers

Returns and exchanges
This topic describes how to view, process, and cancel order returns on the Order Management page, and how to process exchange orders. To view returns on the Order Management page, click Orders > select a Completed purchase order > Return & Exchange .
Subscriptions
A subscription allows for recurring orders and payments to be spread over time, providing flexibility in how you sell your products. Use subscriptions for large and complicated orders, orders that need to be shipped in sequence, magazine or grocery subscriptions, or expensive items.
