Catalogs (dev)
Set up a catalog's structure with products and variants or SKUs based on how you intend to work with the data. You can use a product grouping under the categories or work directly with stock-keeping units (SKUs).
Pricing
The pricing logic is provider-based, so it can call an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or another external system directly to get a product's price data. It lets you develop a custom pricing module in the system, and lets you use price data in all display and calculation locations in the platform.
Warehouses and inventories
A warehouse is the physical place with an address from which product items can be shipped. Optimizely Commerce Connect lets you add and track a list of inventory locations within the system.
Markets (dev)
A single site can have multiple markets, each with its own product catalog, language, currency, and promotions. Classes in this topic are available in the following namespaces Mediachase.
Customers (dev)
This is a central component that lets you work with organizations and contacts. From Customer Management, you can also create purchase orders for a customer account.
Orders (dev)

Payments (dev)
Optimizely Commerce Connect provides interfaces and abstractions that let partners build their own payment solutions. It does not include default payment methods.
Shipping (dev)
Optimizely Commerce Connect includes two shipping providers, used by two shipping methods. The shipping model supports multiple shipments per cart and per order.
Marketing (dev)
Use the API in Optimizely Commerce Connect to work with promotions (discounts) as part of a campaign. Promotions (discounts) are available to end users under Marketing in the Commerce Connect user interface.
Recommendations
You can apply recommendations in Optimizely in two ways use the audience functionality, or add the recommendation capabilities included with Optimizely Product Recommendations. By applying machine learning and statistical analysis to behavioral data, the platform utilizes visitor behavior to autonomously create and optimize individual content and product views.
Optimizely Graph overview
Optimizely Commerce Graph is a high-performance, GraphQL-based commerce delivery service built on top of Optimizely Graph. It extends the core capabilities of Optimizely Graph with commerce-specific indexing, querying, and search experiences for Optimizely Commerce Connect.
Optimizely Opal
Optimizely Opal tools bring AI-powered campaign and promotion management to Optimizely Commerce Connect websites. Enable the tools to let business users create, update, and analyze campaigns and promotions through Opal.
Business Foundation (dev)
Architects and developers of data-oriented applications must model the entities, relationships, and logic of their business problems and work with the data engines used to store and retrieve data. Business Foundation (BF) lets developers work with database data in the form of domain-specific objects and properties.

Reports (dev)
Optimizely Commerce Connect can collect order and subscription data over a configurable time range and export the results for use in other applications. Commerce Connect collects data through scheduled jobs or order events and presents it under Reports in the UI.
