Scheduled syncs can pull data from the OCP database and sync to your destinations. The OCP database is extensible through apps, API, or within the user interface (UI). You can populate your database tables with data through apps, API, or CSV. Scheduled syncs are generally good when you regularly move large amounts of data or want to get data into OCP without using an app.
