The Opti ID SCIM service provider operates as a multi-tenant system where every operation happens within the context of the requesting organization. As an example, a request to retrieve all users will only return users belonging to the organization that made the request.

Optimizely is currently building out the complete implementation of these APIs. Each endpoint documents its current level of SCIM RFC compliance.
