Get started with Request for Quote
The Request for Quote (RFQ) feature lets a website visitor request pricing for a product or group of products from a sales representative, giving the sales representative an opportunity to offer special pricing. The user can add a mix of products that do and do not require quotes to their cart.

Manage sales representatives
Sales Representatives are company employees who manage one or many customer accounts, and work with them to purchase company goods and services. Manage Sales Reps in the Admin Console under Sales > Sales Representatives.
Request for Quote notifications and messaging
The Request for Quote (RFQ) functionality provides notifications to users via email and notifications on the website. This helps to ensure users and sales representatives know exactly when a quote comes in and keeps both parties of the transaction well informed throughout the quote lifecycle.
Set a product to require a quote
By default, all available products are allowed to be submitted to a Sales Representative for a Sales Quote. Certain products can also be designated to require a Sales Quote.
Use the quote calculator
The Quote Calculator allows sales representatives to provide product quotes to users. The sales representative may provide up to five quoted price breaks for the selected product.
Set up Job Quotes
In addition to the RFQ functionality, a customer can also request a Job Quote. A job quote is quote on a specific quantity of products that does not need to be fulfilled at one time.
Request a Job Quote
Requesting a Job Quote is initiated from the Cart. As a buyer, I want a discount on a products based on the quantity I am ordering for a specific job.
