Optimizely Configured Commerce sandbox vs. production environment management and performance
Optimizely provides you with and maintains two hosting environments Sandbox and Production. Optimizely hosts these environments on Azure and handles code deployments through Git.
Review application logs
The Application Logs page is used to research application issues. The application log contains essential information, such as log date, type, source, sequence, message, and more.
Work with external health checks

Work with site settings
You can manage Optimizely Configured Commerce website and Admin Console settings on the Administration > Settings page. The Settings page only displays settings relevant to the user based on their assigned roles and the installed version of Configured Commerce.
Redirect URLs
The URL Redirects Module is designed to take single, specific pages and redirect users attempting to access those pages to a different URL. (This is how you register 301 redirects, or permanent redirects, in Optimizely Configured Commerce.

For a list of best practices and cautions; see Redirect URLs . The URL Redirects module requires configuration of three components Internet Information Services (IIS), Hosts File/DNS, and the URL Redirects module in the Admin Console.

Restore setting defaults

Restart IIS with these settings

The Optimizely Configured CommerceAdmin Console has a set of tools to assist with a variety of tasks, that is troubleshooting issues, clearing caches, retrieving diagnostic information, and so on. These tools are only accessible to users assigned the role of ISC System and/or ISC Implementer .
Troubleshoot environment issues
For clients that will be hosting their own Optimizely Configured Commerce instance, we suggest that they review some of our best practices and guidance relative to managing the site. While we may call out certain things, such as server and database health, we are not making specific recommendations in these areas.
