October
- Added self-service billing notifications for Experimentation, Content Marketing Platform (CMP), and Optimizely Agent Platform, removing the need to contact a Customer Success Manager. See Enable billing notificationsEnable billing notifications.
September
- Added bulk user invitations to the Users page, which remove the need to invite each user separately. One comma-separated values (CSV) file invites up to 1,000 users at once, with their product access, roles, and groups. See Manage users.
- Added an Uploads tab to the Users page, which records each CSV upload so you know processing finished. Each entry displays the number of users imported and the number that failed. See Manage users.
April
- Updated the sender for multi-factor authentication (MFA) text messages. SMS messages may now come from long-code numbers, short-code numbers, or a friendly-name contact, depending on your region. See Set up multi-factor authentication.
- Added a user count column to the Teams Access page, giving you a quick view of how many users belong to each team. See View or edit team details.
- Added team membership details to the user details view so you can see which teams a user belongs to. See Check if a user belongs to a team.
March
- Added SCIM-based team provisioning for CMP and Optimizely Collaboration. You can now use SCIM to create and manage teams, with automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning through your identity provider. When creating teams, use the required <TeamName>::<InstanceID> naming convention to associate them with the correct product instance.
- Added a dedicated Teams page in the Admin Center where you can create and manage CMP teams. This replaces the previous approach of managing teams through Admin Center roles, reducing complexity and streamlining team administration.
February
- Added the columns Error Code and Success to the Opti ID User Activity Log in Usage & Billing > Admin Center. The error code column displays the error codes for failed login attempts, and the success column indicates whether an event succeeded or failed.
