Overview of customer identity and resolution
Identity resolution identifies the events on a customer's journey and creates a record of that journey. These events, such as email clicks, webpage views, products added to cart, orders placed, and support tickets submitted, can be captured across channels and devices.
Analyze customer lifecycles
The lifecycle analysis highlights the customer journey and groups customers based on purchase consideration and engagement. You can use this information to create audiences for targeted campaigns and additional reporting.
Prevent churn and win back customers
A customer's patterns of engagement with your brand determine their likelihood to remain your customer. By identifying customers who are not following normal patterns, you can try to save the relationship.
Manage customer profiles
Customer profiles help you understand changes to your customer base, such as the size of your reachable audience or identifying information on an individual level. Go to Customers > Profiles .
Export customer profiles
You can export customer information by customer profile, list, or audience in CSV or JSON formats. Go to Customers > Profiles .
Funnel customer behavior
A funnel is a set of steps that you want customers to do in a particular order. The output of a funnel tells you how many customers accomplished each step and where they left a timeline sequence.
