Total and unique campaign metrics
In Optimizely Data Platform (ODP), you can use unique or total campaign metrics to evaluate your campaign performance, depending on how you want to track customer data. If a customer opens an email 10 times, the unique model records it as one open, while the total model records it as 10 separate opens.
Override SendGrid UTMs
An urchin tracking module (UTM) parameter is a code snippet added to the end of a URL to track campaign and content performance. You can use up to five variants of URL parameters (source, medium, campaign name, term, and content type).
Use click-through stitching
Use click-through stitching to add an identification parameter to your campaign URLs in Optimizely Data Platform (ODP). This parameter enhances the Optimizely user resolution process, ensuring ODP captures information across devices, browsers, and sessions.
