Get started
How to get started using webhooks in Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP). Webhooks let you subscribe to events on the Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP) to get notifications programatically.
Webhook event delivery
When you receive an event, acknowledge the delivery by returning an HTTP 200 or 202 status code. Any status other than 200 or 202 is considered a delivery failure.
Campaign
A campaign was added. When a campaign is added When a campaign is added from a work request Any of the following campaign properties are modified Title Description Start date End date Is archived Labels Owner A brief was added to a campaign.
External work management
An external substep was started from a task. An external substep was completed from a task.
Library
An asset ( article , image , video , raw file , or structured content ) was added to the library for reasons including, but not limited to, uploading assets, completing a task, and so on. An asset ( article , image , video , raw file , or structured content ) was removed from the library for reasons including, but not limited to, deleting assets.
Publish
An asset was published to a webhook type channel. A version was added to an asset that was published to a webhook type channel An asset, that was published through a publishing webhook type channel, was unpublished.
Task
Any of the following task properties were modified Title Campaign Start at Due at Is completed Is archived Fields (Only label type field) A task was created. A task was removed.
Work request
