Versioned user guides and release notes (2021 and older)
The content on this page only applies to users running lower versions of CMS, Commerce, and Search & Navigation. Contact your system administrator for information about products and versions in your Optimizely implementation. You can find documentation for latest versions of Optimizely software in the Optimizely Support Center.
This page shows links to documentation that is specific to your Optimizely implementation if you have CMS Core 12, CMS UI 12, Commerce 14, or Search & Navigation 14 that was versioned before September 2021. For example, suppose you have Optimizely Content Management System (CMS) Core version 11.20.7. In that case, you will want the 21-4 (2021, revision 4) version of the documentation to match your software: Optimizely User Guide 21-4 – English and German.

Previously released user guides describe available functionality (CMS, Commerce, Find versions 7.5 and higher) at the time of release. The release notes link (for example, Update 378) shows the packages, new features, and bug fixes at the time. Where available, you can view the user guide in German by selecting the Deutsch option from the language selector at the top of an article.
