The OCP database is not included in the free version of OCP. The free version syncs data in real-time without using the OCP database, letting you access public apps and data syncs.

Contact your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions.
:::

The WordPress app lets you sync post content from your WordPress instance to Optimizely Connect Platform (OCP).

This app imports the WordPress data to OCP, where you can then use the [Sync Manager](docId:9MPJ0gwsoXoAubpkwFgyD) to sync this data to your other Optimizely products.

## Install and configure the app

1. Go to **Data Setup > App Directory**.
2. Select the **WordPress** app.

3. Click **Install App**. The **Settings** tab displays.

4. Complete the following in the **Authorization** section, and then click **Authorize**.
 - **WordPress API URL** – Enter your WordPress instance URL, like `https://www.example.com/wp-json`.
 - **WordPress Username** – Enter your WordPress instance username.
 - **WordPress API Application Password** – Enter your WordPress instance API application password to let this app request data from your WordPress instance.
5. (Optional) Complete the following in the **Actions **section:
 - **Import recently modified** – Click to import all content on the initial run, and on all subsequent runs, only the content that you have modified since the last import.
 - **Import all** – Click to import all content items, regardless of modified time and whether they are stored already.

After you complete this setup, your WordPress posts sync to OCP. Complete the following section to sync your WordPress data out of OCP to other Optimizely products, like Optimizely Graph.
