The Optimizely SDKs make HTTP requests for every [decision event or conversion event](docId\:SzVcfUMHk3IKycnEjgjbq) that gets triggered. Each SDK has a built-in **event dispatcher** for handling these events, but you should overriding it based on the specifics of your environment.

The Optimizely Feature Experimentation Flutter SDK is a wrapper around the [Android](docId\:c9ujHSMi58bPacUj9ApTQ) and [Swift](docId\:Zhtam9j8TDjc3FWulKo-v) SDKs. To configure the Flutter SDK's event dispatcher, you configure the underlying [Android SDK event dispatcher](docId\:w7doPrWnB8BSibrBAYkWK) or [Swift SDK event dispatcher](docId\:Z72-DyKGCuvW6UaDhFVEG).
