Optimizely considers data privacy and protection when designing products and continuously assesses data security. Optimizely uses encryption and pseudonymization wherever possible and designs products to simplify the design of active consent forms.

However, the Optimizely platform cannot make all decisions for you. As an Optimizely partner or customer, GDPR will affect how you work with Optimizely, especially when working with Optimizely features that can collect and process data, such as Optimizely Content Management System (CMS), Optimizely Commerce Connect, Optimizely Forms, Optimizely Data Platform, the Optimizely Recommendations suite, and Optimizely Campaign­­­.
