Instead of showing the same product multiple times, expose your customers to more products.

If multiple products share a **parent\_product\_id**, only the first product displays within the content. For example, a template has a grid for *cart abandoned products* and a second grid for *recommended products*. If *Product A* qualifies for both grids, it displays only in the first grid (*cart abandonment*). If *Product B* shares the same **parent\_product\_id** as *Product A*, then *Product B* does not display in either grid.

To display products only once in dynamic grids used in the content:

1. Go to your campaign's email touchpoint.
2. Go to the **Details** tab for the email **Container**, which displays when you do not have any elements selected in the email editor.

3. Enable **Remove Duplicate Products** in the **Content Settings** section of the **Details** tab.
