In Optimizely Data Platform (ODP), you can change your account time zone and currency symbol. Both apply to the entire account and you must have the [User Admin permission](docId:0xeZphhBGowah8ljxhQtr) to change these settings.

## Change time zone

1. Go to **Settings > Localization**.
2. Select the time zone from the drop-down list.
3. Click **Update Time Zone**.

## Change currency symbol

1. Go to **Settings > Localization**.
2. Select the currency symbol from the drop-down list.
3. Click **Update Currency**.

**Note**

This only updates the currency symbol that displays in ODP. All logic remains the same.
