Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) lets you create and manage templates that you can use to send consistent and visually appealing campaigns across different channels. These templates simplify designing emails, landing pages, or other marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and saving time in campaign creation.

## Create a template

1. Go to **Activations > Overview**.
2. Edit a campaign or create one. 
3. Click to edit the touchpoint and open the template.
4. Design the email content.  
5. Expand the **Load Template** section and select **Save as Template. **

6. Select **Create New** to save the design as a new template or **Replace Existing** to overwrite a saved template without affecting the content created previously using the template.

## Find a template

1. Click **Load Template** to open the template gallery.

2. Search for your template or sort through the filters.

## Edit and delete a template

### Edit a template

1. Click **Load Template**.
2. Choose the template you want to edit from the template gallery.
3. Hover over it to click **edit** and change the template name. Select **Save As Template** if you edit the template's layout and want to replace the existing one.

### Delete a template

1. Click **Load Template**. 
2. Choose the template you want to delete. 
3. Hover over it and click **delete** to delete it.
