Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) leverages Optimizely Agent Platform to automatically create and generate ideas for [real-time audiences](docId\:chCPcgJQ5k5t6nUgnnd43). This can help you deliver a data-driven, personalized customer experience without manually creating a real-time audience from scratch.

Using Mark-suggested audiences, you can:

- Create highly targeted audiences by leveraging various data points.
- Segment customers using default attributes, such as their observed behaviors and insights, or by incorporating your own custom customer attributes.
- Create audiences based on specific events and event sequences. For example, you can identify customers who completed an *order purchase* or those who initiated and then performed an *order canceled* action.
- Discover valuable trends by identifying common values in customer or event fields, such as a page's most popular content category, to inform content strategy or product recommendations.
