In the **Insight** section of Optimizely Content Recommendations, you can view the profiles of your unique visitors and find their conversions, interest profiles, and interactions with your recommendations. This can help you tailor your content strategy to better align with visitor interests, enhance engagement, and drive higher conversion rates.

To view profiles:

1. Go to **Insight > Insight Dashboard**.
2. Scroll down to [Profiles](docId:9K6Faij6_c3MH2awQjO0M).

3. Click on a **Profile ID** to visit their [profile](docId\:xL_Y2dP5Y79nCxxFqVtjB). 
4. Copy and paste a profile ID (for example,*14507556*) in the **Insight > Profiles** search bar and click **Go** to view a specific profile. You can also search by other identifiers, such as *idio-visitor-cookie*.

## Understand profile data

You can view the following data in the **Profiles** section:

1. **Profile Created** – The date on which the visitor profile was created.
2. **First Interaction** – The date on which the visitor had their first interaction.  
3. **Last Interaction** – The date on which the visitor had their latest interaction.
4. **Identifiers** – The unique identifiers associated with the profile. 
5. **Conversions** – The conversions for this profile, based on the goals set.  
6. **Interest Profile** – The heatmap displaying the topics within content items that the profile has interacted with. The level of interest is calculated based on the topics' relevance to the content, the volume, and the frequency of the interactions. Topics with minimum interactions are dropped from the heatmap. You can click on the topic names to view [topic details](docId:9lAz10DtCyLf3FKXYo4H0).
7. **Recommendations** and **Interactions **– The content recommendations that were sent to the visitor by widget or email, displayed alongside the dates on which they were delivered. Expand the content tile to view the **Original URL**, **Tags**, and the **User Identifiers **associated with the content item. You can also click the content item name to view content details.
