**Deliveries** are server-side configurations that define the content and logic for a recommendation widget. A delivery connects your content **Sections** to the widget on your site. Each delivery has a unique API Key that you can use in your widget's HTML.

## Create a widget delivery

1. Go to **Engage > Deliveries**.
2. Click **Create Delivery**.
3. Click **Widget** in the **Choose Application > Web** section.
4. Complete the following:
   1. **Title**  – Enter a descriptive title for your widget delivery.
   2. **Personalised Content Sections** – Assign the content **Sections** you will use to show personalized content to users.
   3. **Unpersonalised Content Sections** – Assign fallback **Sections** for general content when personalization is not possible, for example, for a new visitor.
   4. **Approved state** – Select the approval status for the content, for example, only show **approved content**.
   5. **Published** – Filter content by age, for example, **within the last 90 days**. Only content published in the last 90 days is displayed.
   6. **Click Tracking** – Send clicks through the redirect service for tracking. This is useful when you cannot embed the Content Recommendations tracking script on the destination page.
   7. Click **Save** to create the widget delivery.

After saving, the system will generate a unique **Delivery Key** or an API key. You need this key to install the widget on your website.
