## Facial recognition for assets

Added facial recognition, which detects faces in uploaded images so you can label the people in your library. Label faces from the **Face Detection** page or directly in an asset, and see who appears in an image in the **Facial Recognition** section of the asset panel. Administrators turn facial recognition on in **Settings** > **Asset Management**. See [Facial recognition](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/facial-recognition).

## Alt text in multiple languages

Added support for alt text in multiple languages. Administrators add locales in the organization settings, and you enter alt text for each locale on an asset. CMP does not translate alt text automatically. See [Manage assets](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/manage-assets).

## Full-size image preview

Added a full-size preview that opens when you double-click an image in the **Library**. The image displays at the center of the page with the asset details in a panel that you can collapse to enlarge the image. Move to the next or previous image without closing the preview. See [Manage assets](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/manage-assets).

## Bulk asset relating

Added the ability to relate several assets to each other in one action, instead of relating them one by one. When you select assets to relate, choose to link them to the original asset only or to link all assets to each other. Existing relationships are kept. See [Related assets](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/related-assets).

## File format in all library views

Added file format badges to **Category View** and a **File Format** column to **List View**, so you can identify the format of an asset without opening it. See [Manage assets](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/manage-assets).

## Disable downloads on public collection links

Added the **Disable asset download** option to **Share Link Settings**, so you can share a collection as view-only. Users who open the public link can view the assets but cannot download them. See [Collections](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/collections).

## Duplicate collections

Added the **Duplicate** option for collections, so you can reuse a collection's assets and settings instead of starting from scratch. CMP names the duplicate *Copy of* followed by the original title, makes you the owner, and does not create a public link. See [Collections](https://docs.optimizely.com/content-marketing-platform/docs/collections).

## Resource Management access

Added access to **Resource Management** for creators and custom roles, so more users can reassign tasks and steps from the module. Administrators grant or revoke the **Workload**, **Planner**, and **Reports** tabs for each role in the roles table. Creators have **Workload** and **Planner** by default. Task-level permissions still apply, so users do not see step or task names for tasks they cannot access. See [Manage permissions and custom roles](docId:-q-WHVNJMPp_f4eesUQc9).

## Configurable capacity limits for resource management

Added **Capacity Setting** to the **Resource Management** tab of the organization settings, so administrators can set when team members are flagged as under capacity or over capacity. The limits apply to **Workload** cells, **Planner** card backgrounds, and **Planner** user workload badges. The default limits are 60% and 100%. See [Workload](docId\:VyC4qgPdoAcWrr2nLAtdY).

## Asset shortcuts

Added shortcuts for assets, so you can display the same asset in several folders without creating copies. A shortcut points to the original asset and uses its taxonomy, so you manage the asset in one place. Versions you upload to the original asset display in every shortcut. See [Manage assets](docId\:B91HhZUvrUnZUlPzNrTfh).

## Asset history

Added a history for each asset that records metadata edits, file replacements, status changes, permission updates, and downloads. Each entry shows who made the change and when, so you can review changes and respond to audits. See [Manage asset versions](docId\:JQsLacEMr2LwPYnw5qZBw).
