## Images

You can upload the following image formats (non-exhaustive list).

BMP, EPS, GIF, ICNS, ICO, IM, JPEG, JPEG 2000, MSP, PCX, PNG, PPM, SGI, SPIDER, TIFF, WebP, XBM

Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP) converts *non-web-safe* image formats (other than JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG) to PNG. You can generate JPEG and PNG renditions from TIFF files. See [Image renditions](docId\:meM_3BbbNzATr44dEKqzC).

## Videos

You can upload any video format, but CMP transcodes non-web format videos to MP4. Library users can preview the following formatted videos:

WEBM, MP4, OGG

For any other format HTML \<video> supports, see [Media type and format guide: image, audio, and video content](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Supported_media_formats#File_formats).

## Files

Almost any file that is not virus-infected.
