The global header lets you access the Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP).

## Switch instances

If you have access to more than one instance of the CMP, open the *Instance Switcher* and select the instance you want.

## Search

The global search lets you search everything or refine your search by campaigns, events, tasks, library, work requests, and pitch requests. See [Global search](docId\:FdCc8JymdbNA3yAikfVbP).

## Create a campaign, event, task, work request, or pitch request

Click **+** to create a [campaign](docId:8UYnEjnQ6qE-7LSSLMZtT), [event](docId\:xrjVUewhHCDJTbLhOmUBo), [task](docId\:W7zf5eJAPZhHgHjzWK_m2), [work request](docId\:HJW-2rjcgHjgyAtt3WM5n), or [pitch request](docId\:dATgeg8bNmbXoetSrH3TY).

## AI assistance

Agent Platform is an agent orchestration platform that helps you work smarter in CMP. Access Mark or Ask AI through the main navigation menu. Use it to write marketing plans and suggest meta-descriptions, keywords, and so on. See [Mark chat](docId\:U-21EhUwZUCUOEVgGbPf7) for information.

Mark organizes your conversations based on their location within the platform. For instance, CMP keeps conversations in a specific task or campaign together so you can refer to them in context. CMP groups any conversations outside of these areas into a single thread.

**Note**

An administrator can toggle generative AI availability off for all users of an instance from the **Opti ID Admin Center**. See [Turn generative AI off](docId\:X5U0kKD2azV5cIdNqwGNj).

## View notifications

Click **Notifications** (bell icon) to open your notifications panel. Click the notification to mark it as read, or click **Mark All as Read**. Click **X** to hide the panel.

## View assigned tasks

Click **Tasks** (icon) to show the tasks currently assigned to you. Click an individual task to go to its page. Click **X** to hide the view.

**Note**

The **My Tasks** view only shows tasks where someone asssigned the current step to you, and the due date is within the last 90 days or in the future.

## Get help

Select the **Help Resources** dropdown.

- **Customer Support** – Open a [support ticket](https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us).
- **Submit Feedback** – [Give feedback on CMP](https://feedback.optimizely.com/?project=CMP), including problems in your daily work that you want CMP to solve. Describe the challenges you encounter and your desired outcome.

## Access settings and Admin menu

Click your avatar and select settings and other configuration pages. See [Manage your user settings](https://support.welcomesoftware.com/administration/managing-user-and-team-settings/managing-my-settings/) to personalize your settings.
