If there is a need to run the SFTP through a proxy, then add the following keys and appropriate values to the `appSettings.config` file:

- SshProxyType (Socks4, Socks5 or Http)
- SshProxyHost
- SshProxyPort
- SshProxyUsername
- SshProxyPassword
