*Some users in my organization did not receive an activation email, but there are some users who have activated already. What do I do?*
If certain users in your organization did not receive an email, you can invite specific users through the [Invitations tab](docId\:tEvGdnrPv1OsgsObIJ-DA) in the Admin Center.
You must use an account with Admin Center privileges. All current accounts with the Admin role within PIM have those privileges.
*I already used the link provided earlier, do I need to do anything again?*
No. If you can access login.optimizely.com and use your new credentials, there are no pending actions.
*Can I still use the old link to access PIM?*
Yes, the old link will redirect you to the Optimizely SSO Login Page.
*I want to revoke some permissions from PIM users. How do I do that?*
You must be logged in with an account that has Admin Center privileges. Follow the steps to add or remove permissions for [Groups](docId\:WAK--fqnE1yE8NKjckoq7).
