In Optimizely Product Information Management (PIM), you can submit products for approval as a merchandiser and approve those products as an approver.

When a merchandiser submits a product for approval, approvers receive a notification. Click **Review Product** to see the list of submitted products.

You can then **Approve Product** or **Reject Product**.

If you reject the product, you can provide feedback as to why.

When you approve or reject the product, the merchandiser receives a notification, along with any reasoning you provided.
