For audit purposes, there is a five-point data set kept for each record saved to Configured Commerce: Created On, Created By, Modified On, Modified By, and ID. You can access this information in the Admin Console by going to the record and clicking the **Information** icon.

For example, use the following steps to determine when an admin created or last modified a user:

1. Go to **Administration** > **Users** > **Website Users** in the Admin Console.
2. Click **Edit** for the user you want to review.
3. Click **Information** next to the **Username** in the Primary toolbar.
