By default, all available products are allowed to be submitted to a Sales Representative for a Sales Quote. Certain products can also be designated to require a Sales Quote. To set a Product to require a quote, follow the steps below:

1. Go to **Admin Console** > **Catalog**> **Products**.
2. Locate the Product you wish to require a quote by filtering or by scrolling through the list.
3. Click **Edit**.
4. Scroll down to the **Pricing** section of the **Details** finger tab and click the **Quote Required** toggle so it displays **Yes**.
5. Click **Save**.

**Note**

If a Sales Representative provides a price quote on a product, any available promotions are disallowed. Additionally, any promotions applied to an order prior to submitting a quote request will be removed.
