The following is the cumulative list for new Collaboration content released in 2024.

## December

### Timeline calendar

You can now see your experiment run dates in the timeline calendar view. See the [View campaigns, sub-campaigns, hypotheses, and events section in the Timeline calendar for Collaboration documentation](docId\:ar97QvzFel3CMxKSdGB8u) for information.

### Deactivate field values

You can toggle field values as active or inactive to prevent users from selecting the value. Historical data will remain so you can filter and report on data for that field. See [Manage fields](docId\:rOS7iwGbM6fB7vBXRQR8W) for information.

## November

### Business calendar

Users can add their paid time-off requests so teams can see when they are unavailable for work. See [\*Add personal time off\*](docId:-XPnSOKbF1qANjaJLa2CN) for information.

## October

- Renamed Experiment Collaboration to Collaboration.
- Added the ability as an admin to select a single organizational region and set company-wide schedules for holidays and weekends, providing more transparency around team availability. These holidays and weekends display in the **Plan > Calendar** page and can be single days or recurring. Weekends display in light grey, and holidays display in red. See [Apply organizational settings in Collaboration](docId:-XPnSOKbF1qANjaJLa2CN) for information.

## August

You now have rich-text options for comments, such as bold, italics, bullet points, and text color. See [Campaigns](docId\:RwE6PDY9hMsUasjTvVNhZ) and [Manage hypothesis](docId\:HuYsSt8ACr6_aKr1yucCu) for examples and information.

## June

### Sort by various fields in the list view

In addition to the fields with which you can sort content in **Plan > List**, you can now sort by the **Status **field and your custom fields. You can simultaneously sort the content with multiple fields by pressing Shift and clicking the fields you want to sort by. See [List planning for Collaboration](docId\:nHEZsZOi4AnqG4rwupviY) for information.

## April

Released the ability to [link a hypothesis with an Optimizely Web Experimentation experiment](docId\:iN5OAGPyb6fufERty75Xv).

## March

### Delete Users

You can [delete a user](docId\:uGozzcHBn4vDMlKmsAQRq), but the activities and comments remain in the platform with the label (deleted) next to their name, such as "Jane Smith (deleted)."

## January

### Access artificial intelligence (AI) assistant Mark from the main menu

Use Agent Platform to ask questions about your hypothesis. Your conversations are organized according to your location in Collaboration when you ask Mark your questions. For example, you can reopen a [hypothesis](docId\:ykDnF-RoCCNi6l9wHbt19) to access the Mark conversation history from when you worked on that hypothesis.
