The global header lets you access different features in Collaboration.

## Switch instances

**Note**

If your organization migrated to Opti ID, you must manage instances in Opti ID. See the [Opti ID user documentation](docId\:gfcl33i3WnqFAwFi9CT6y).

If you can access multiple instances of Collaboration, open the **Instance Switcher** and click the instance you want.

## Search

The global search bar lets you search everything or refine your search by campaign, task, task content, event, milestone, work request, hypotheses, or hypotheses variation. For more information, see [Global search for Collaboration](docId\:daU7DA2yItfTmm9ohoEOv).

## Create a campaign, hypothesis, event, milestone, or work request

Click **+** to create a campaign, hypothesis, event, milestone, or work request.

## Mark

:::hint{type="warning"}
**Important**
Mark Administrators must grant users access to Mark.

Mark is enabled by default for eligible customers. Users do not have access until an administrator enables it for each individual using Opti ID. For steps, see [Get started with Mark for administrators](docId\:pe0pbUJveWrG8ewvZWDRE).

You must enable third-party cookies in your browser to use Mark in CMP. Mark fails to load if you disable third-party cookies. Incognito and private browsing modes disable third-party cookies by default. Do not use incognito mode to access Mark or manually enable third-party cookies. To enable cookies in your browser, see the following documentation:

Access Mark (Optimizely Agent Platform), an agent orchestration platform that helps you work smarter across Optimizely One, through the main global header menu. Use Mark to write experimentation plans and suggest hypotheses, variations, and so on. **Note**

If you use Opti ID, administrators can turn off generative AI in the Opti ID Admin Center. See [Turn generative AI off across Optimizely applications](https://app.archbee.com/docs/LY6qK1Tfwiwdl5TcCMAyB/X5U0kKD2azV5cIdNqwGNj#-MBPK)

Otherwise, an administrator can toggle generative AI availability on or off for all users of an instance from the avatar > **Mark & AI**. See [Apply organizational settings in Collaboration](docId:-XPnSOKbF1qANjaJLa2CN)

## View notifications

Click **Notifications** (bell icon) to open your notifications panel. Click the notification to mark it as read. Click **Mark All as Unread**. Click **X** to hide the panel.

Click the funnel icon to filter your notifications.

## View assigned tasks

Click **Assignments** to show the tasks currently assigned to you. Click an individual task to go to its page. Click **X** to hide your assignments.

**My Assignments** only displays tasks where the current step is assigned to you and the due date is within the last 90 days or in the future.

## Get help

Click the **Help Resources** drop-down list.

## Access settings and Admin menu

Click your avatar and click an option to see settings and other configuration pages. You can also log out of Collaboration.
