## Define the request method and endpoint

Use GET to retrieve the content node for a specific content item by providing its unique key in the endpoint.

This corresponds to the following section in the code:

```shell
curl --request GET \
```

## Set the headers

Add the accept header to specify that the response should be returned in JSON format.

This corresponds to the following section in the code:

```shell
--url https://api.cms.optimizely.com/v1/content/{key} \
--header 'accept: application/json'
```
