The **Settings** panel in Optimizely CMS 13 groups the administrative tools that control how the platform runs. Administrators use it to govern access, schedule jobs, configure content structures, and move data between environments. The links in this article open each feature area covered under **Settings**.

Several Settings tools act on the content-type and property structure. Examples include **Edit Tabs**, **Convert Pages**, and the content import and export tools.
