Install the following NuGet package: [EPiServer.Cms.WelcomeIntegration.UI](https://nuget.optimizely.com/package/?id=EPiServer.Cms.WelcomeIntegration.UI) on Optimizely Content Management System (CMS), version 11.37.0 or later up to version 12.
