**Parameters**

| sessionId | String | ID of the session |
| mailingId | long   | ID of the mailing |

**Return values**

Number of skipped recipients during dispatch.

This is the previously-calculated number of recipients minus the actual number of recipients. A significant number of skipped recipients indicates a serious configuration problem with the mailing. Returns 0 if a mailing has not been started yet.
