Use a group by block to group events by a specific property.

Configure the block with the following fields:

- **Property** – Select the event or list of events you want to group.
- **Group by** – Choose the property you want to group the events by.

## Example

To group product events by subscription tier,

1. Select **Product Events** in the events drop-down list.
2. Click **+** and select **subscription\_tier** in the **Group By** field. You can add multiple grouping properties if required.
3. Click **Run**.

## Output

The output produced by this block are the grouped events.
