The ZoomInfo Remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector in Optimizely Agent Platform brings B2B company profiles, professional contact data, and intent signals directly into Agent Platform. Use it to search for target accounts, enrich contact records, and research competitors without leaving Agent Platform.

The ZoomInfo remote MCP is managed by ZoomInfo. For details, see [Connect to ZoomInfo MCP](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/connect-to-zoominfo-mcp) in the ZoomInfo documentation for available tools and data.

First, an [Agent Platform administrator](docId\:pe0pbUJveWrG8ewvZWDRE) must [add ZoomInfo Remote MCP to Agent Platform](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP). After adding the MCP server, individual Agent Platform [users](docId\:L0Ntt9JQmG6fQIJK_Y7C7) and [agent builders](docId\:HOJ_6dibwNf8Qz7WMIDie) log in to ZoomInfo to access their ZoomInfo information from Agent Platform. Administrators only need to add the ZoomInfo Remote MCP once.

## Connect ZoomInfo Remote MCP to Agent Platform

:::hint{type="info"}
**Note**

The first person to connect a third-party service to Agent Platform should be an administrator of that service. Administrator access installs the complete set of tools, so Agent Platform adds every available tool. If a non-administrator connects the service first, Agent Platform installs only the tools that account can access.
:::

Agent Platform administrators connect and grant access to ZoomInfo from Agent Platform. After granting access, administrators select which tools to enable in Agent Platform and optionally customize their display names.

### Add ZoomInfo connection

As a Mark Administrator, complete the following steps:

1. Go to **Connectors** in Agent Platform.
2. (Optional) Enter *ZoomInfo* in the search bar to filter the connections list.
3. Click **Connect** on the **ZoomInfo** tile.

4. Log in to your ZoomInfo account.

5. Configure the connector.
6. Click **Accept**.

A confirmation message displays and you can close the pop-up window.

### Configure Agent Platform tools

After [adding the ZoomInfo connection](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP), Mark prompts you to select which tools to enable and optionally customize their display names.

As an Agent Platform administrator, complete the following steps:

1. Deselect any tools you do not want to add to Agent Platform.
2. (Optional) Update any tool's display name.

::Image[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/BrbvVORKJ5iIeSMZye5kI/PfkUeP18xC-JlsrycI3Hu_zoominfo-tools.png" size="100" isUploading="false" position="center" width="2766" height="1458" darkWidth="2766" darkHeight="1458" showCaption="false" indent="1"}

3. Click **Finish**.

The ZoomInfo tile displays **Connect** on the **Connectors** tab for Agent Platform users to authenticate with their personal accounts.

To update the available tools or names, see [Update tools](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP).

## Authenticate with ZoomInfo

Each Agent Platform user and agent builder logs in to ZoomInfo individually to access their ZoomInfo data from Agent Platform. User-level authentication ensures you access only the data your ZoomInfo account is authorized to view.

**Note**

Before you begin, confirm that an Agent Platform administrator has [connected the ZoomInfo remote MCP to Agent Platform](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP). Until an administrator connects it, the ZoomInfo tile displays **Contact admin** instead of **Connect** and you cannot select it.
:::

To authenticate, complete the following steps in Agent Platform:

1. Go to **Connectors**.
2. (Optional) Enter *ZoomInfo* in the search bar to filter the connectors list.
3. Click **Connect** on the **ZoomInfo** tile.
4. Log in to ZoomInfo.

After you log in to ZoomInfo, the ZoomInfo connector tools your administrator added become available in [Mark chat](docId\:dtNBEttEGVvkhNkwNypLM), [agents](docId\:w7MSVijPnuFqu4nXDo_bq), and [workflows](docId:2HD0fUsIsfdek516VtN9l).

## ZoomInfo connector tools

The ZoomInfo connector tools are available in Agent Platform after an administrator [connects the ZoomInfo remote MCP to Agent Platform](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP) and you [log in to ZoomInfo](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP). The available tools depend on which tools your administrator enabled. For a full list of available tools and actions, see the [Available MCP Tools](https://docs.gtm.ai/docs/available-mcp-tools) in the ZoomInfo documentation for available tools and data.

## Update tools

To rename, add, or remove tools, an Agent Platform administrator must delete the ZoomInfo tools registry and re-add it. To do so, complete the following steps:

1. Follow the steps in [Delete a tool registry](docId\:SXjD3qqg-0gS2g4KajfyO).
2. [Add ZoomInfo connection](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP).
3. [Configure Agent Platform tools](docId\:I7VYTwPSjHCMqjRVrE7PP).
