Optimizely Agent Platform workflow agents let you automate and optimize complex business processes by orchestrating triggers, logic, and agents. Workflow agents streamline multi-step tasks, support autonomous agent behavior, and enable advanced logic such as looping and branching. Workflow agents scale with your organizational needs and adapt to evolving processes.

## Access your agents

1. Go to [home.optimizely.com](https://home.optimizely.com).
2. Select your organization.
3. Click **Opal**.

## Workflow version history

Agent Platform keeps a version history for your workflow agents. Agent Platform records a version automatically each time you save changes. Review how a workflow changed over time, and restore an earlier version when you need to.

### View and restore versions

1. Follow the steps in the [Access your agents](docId\:MdEwF6vrQCh0zC-A5XqX2) section.
2. (Optional) Select **Workflow** from the **Type** drop-down list to only display workflow agents.
3. Click the agent name or click **More > Edit Agent**.
4. Click **More > Version history**.

::Image[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/BrbvVORKJ5iIeSMZye5kI/nTXvyb81KjZv3_cgXS1oU_workflow-setup-overflow-menu-version-history-option.png" size="100" isUploading="false" width="1918" height="898" darkWidth="1918" darkHeight="898" showCaption="false" indent="1"}

5. Select a version to view it. Each version entry displays when the change happened and who made it.

::Image[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/BrbvVORKJ5iIeSMZye5kI/PZewpB0jSL6IZ-Hc49PbV_version-history-version-history-panel-restore-version.png" size="100" isUploading="false" width="2368" height="660" darkWidth="2368" darkHeight="660" showCaption="false" indent="1"}

Click **Restore this version** to revert the agent or **Back to current** to return to the newest version.

### Version records for executions

Every execution records the workflow version it ran against. This tells you which version produced a given result. It helps when you debug a run or compare runs from before and after a change.

Specialized agents track versions the same way.

5. Click **Delete** on the confirmation page.

To select every agent on the page, select the checkbox in the table header. **Delete** displays the number of agents you selected.

## Cancel multiple executions

If a workflow agent triggers many executions at once, cancel them in bulk instead of stopping each one individually. This is useful for runaway triggers or unexpected loops.

Agent Platform cancels only **Running** or **Pending** executions. When you cancel, any step in progress finishes and no new steps start.

To cancel multiple workflow agent executions at once, use the **Agent Activity Logs** tab. See [Agent activity logs](docId\:rHBhJmLiQvmx9789rso0n) for details.

## Deactivate a workflow agent

2. Click the agent name or click **More > Edit Agent**.
3. Toggle **Active** to **off** to prevent the workflow agent from being triggered without deleting it.
