Customers who are not on Opti ID can try out Agent Platform by having their [technical contact](docId:54t4Lixx0ncpbgd4T1Rhl) assign access to Mark. This lets them evaluate Mark before migrating to Opti ID. This method adds the user to that organization's Opti ID as the home organization.

Opti ID is the single sign-on (SSO) solution for Optimizely products. See [Overview of Opti ID](docId\:pbehd96P529DqHZ0HOQlm) for information.

**Warning**

If you use Mark with a product, that product must migrate to Opti ID.
:::

## Prerequisites

- You must have a [Super Admin role](docId\:kwj5GClJJTxjDSdDQSd-o) in your organization in the Admin Center. This role is typically assigned to the technical contact. This admin can assign Mark to users within their organization.

## Add Mark access to a local user

1. Go to **Admin Center > Users**.
2. Find the user you want to grant Mark access to. If the user does not have an account yet, click **Invite User** and fill out the form with the **Email**, **First Name**, and **Last Name** for the user.
3. Click **Add Product Access** and enter the following:

   - **Product** – Select **Mark**. The **Instance** field auto-populates with **Mark**.
   - **Role** – Select the appropriate Mark role. See [Mark roles](docId\:kwj5GClJJTxjDSdDQSd-o) for information.
4. Click **Check**.
5. (Optional) Click **Send** to send a welcome email for new users.
