**Content Analysis** is an agent in Agent Platform. It analyzes Optimizely Content Management System (SaaS) content of a specified content type. The agent identifies structural patterns and produces a reusable skill. Run this agent at least once before using the [Page Builder agent](docId\:cDY-jFUnmvDkCFBHpFVi_) and again only after major changes to your content.

- **Challenge** – Maintaining consistent content structure across CMS (SaaS) content types requires manual review of existing content patterns.
- **Agent outcome** – A reusable Mark skill with structured markdown and JSON examples for the specified content type. The Page Builder agent uses the skill as input.
- **Value** – Standardized content creation based on proven patterns, reducing guesswork and improving consistency.

## Use the agent

In [Mark chat](docId\:dtNBEttEGVvkhNkwNypLM), enter *@content\_type\_analysis* and provide the following detail:

- `content_type` – The CMS (SaaS) content type key to analyze.

The agent retrieves the 20 latest CMS (SaaS) items of the specified content type. It analyzes their structure and patterns and produces markdown guidance with JSON examples. The agent then saves it as a Mark skill for future content creation.

To use the **Content Analysis** agent in a [workflow agent](docId:2HD0fUsIsfdek516VtN9l), drag and drop it into your workflow. See [Create a workflow agent](docId\:KWaI2TBwD38sN7p74exoy).
